My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was nice and well-lit, but the water didn't drain in the tub, and the toilet seat was broken, making it a bit uncomfortable. The service, however, was outstanding, with the staff meeting specific requests efficiently. The location was convenient right off the highway, but the noise level was quite high. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited breakfast options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were old and had a noticeable mildew smell, the service stood out as very helpful and professional. The location is convenient for DFW airport travel, but the facilities could use some updates.
